You have 14 days from the day you receive the ordered product(s) to use this right of withdrawal.
You must send the product back within 14 days after sending this form.
The product must be properly protected and packaged in order to avoid any damage during transit.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received, and complete (including all accessories, manuals, bonus items, and original packaging), at the customer’s expense.
Products that are returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer, or whose original sealed packaging has been opened, may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount, depending on the loss of value of the product.
Audio or video recordings or computer software, once unsealed by the Customer (e.g. CDs, CD-ROMs, DVDs, etc.), are not eligible for the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will confirm by email whether your refund has been approved or declined, and inform you of the next steps.
