Products of our Online Store are: Shipped from France, unless stated otherwise in the product page details. Other products sourced and ordered at the Customer’s request can, at the Customer’s choice, be: Shipped from South Korea; Imported into France and shipped from France: this option is longer but more economical and is recommended for Customers located within the European Union, since in this case KOR Store bears the import customs fees and the Customer does not have to pay any additional fees beyond the approved and paid quote (For Customers located outside the European Union, this method is not recommended, as shipping costs from France and final customs duties/taxes that may be charged in the destination country, and that are payable by the Customer, can significantly increase the final cost of the Product). KOR Store offers these two different shipping options for products sourced on demand in order to provide the most competitive prices for every Customer. This information is important because it affects delivery times and possible customs fees. Customers can submit a buyback request for eligible products (video games, CDs, DVDs) via the “Request Form”, with detailed description and pictures showing the full condition of the products, as well as all their content. KOR Store will assess the product and, if interested, provide a non‑binding buyback offer with one month validity.
