A press kit is a promotional tool designed to help journalists write articles for a film’s premiere screening. Since they were distributed exclusively to members of the press, they are extremely rare.
This film showcases Korea’s magnificent landscapes as the protagonist travels for cartographic purposes, and it tells the story of Kim Jeong-ho, who sought to create maps for the people at a time when the state held a monopoly on mapmaking.
