Korean Exclusive version of the Game Boy Perfect Catalog, released as the 30th Anniversary Memorial Book for all GB Fans!
As the 5th title in the Perfect Catalog series—which highlights the appeal of a single home game console among many—this volume features the Game Boy, a handheld console that sold over 100 million units worldwide. It covers the Game Boy’s various hardware models and peripherals, as well as its 1,262 software titles, and includes fascinating episodes about how it was able to dominate the handheld gaming market at the time.
In the latter part of the book, the software introduced is organized in Korean alphabetical order together with the original titles, making it easy to look up information. In addition, translator Ki-hyun Jo, editor-in-chief of the monthly GAMER’Z, obtained the original author’s consent and wrote— for the first time—an included section on the history of the Game Boy in Korea.
Released in Oct. 2020, 220 pages | 188*257
